To make a return, write an email to resi@playfishing.net indicating the order number or the number of the receipt attached to the package received. If among the reasons for the return there is the breakage of one of the ordered items, it is important to also attach one or more photos of the damaged item.

In the event that the returned Products are:
• Damaged or used
• Returned after the term of 14 (fourteen) working days
• Without packaging or adequate packaging
• With damaged or missing parts, including components, accessories, packaging, wrapping, documents and/or other elements
• If shipping costs have not been paid in advance

Playfishing.net reserves the right to refuse to refund the purchase price of the Product or to charge the Customer for repair or replacement costs or shipping costs and expenses. In such cases, Maver will have the right to deduct the aforementioned costs and expenses from any sums to be refunded to the Customer.

Upon return of the Products, Playfishing.net may, in accordance with the preceding conditions, refund the amount relating to the purchase price of the Product paid to Playfishing.net, less any sums and costs due to Playfishing.net (as defined above), by crediting them to the Customer's credit card or bank account or in other ways. In the event that the reason for the return is attributable to an error by Playfishing.net, Playfishing.net will refund the full purchase price, including the expenses paid to Playfishing.net by the Customer.

Products sold by Playfishing.net may be guaranteed for two years from the date of purchase, depending on the Product warranty indications. There is an obligation to report any defects within two months of discovery (legal warranty). In the event that during this period defects in materials or workmanship are discovered in the Product, the competent Service Center, facility or other service provider will repair or replace the Product or the defective parts. The repair or replacement of defective Products or parts is the sole and exclusive remedy available to the Customer for a defective Product covered by a Warranty.

The methods of repairing a product under warranty differ according to the Manufacturer's instructions. Generally Playfishing.net undertakes to collect the Product to be repaired, delivering it to the Repair and Assembly Laboratory. The laboratory staff contacts the Manufacturer to bring the defective piece to the attention of an expert. If the Manufacturer attributes the breakage to causes that allow replacement under warranty, Maver will provide the Customer with the new piece. If the customer wishes Maver to also take care of reassembling the product with the new spare part, Playfishing.net undertakes to present an estimate for maintenance work. In any other case, the Customer is only required to reimburse the costs of collection and return of the product, equal to Euro 30.00.

How orders are processed

Orders are processed within 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Pre-order items are processed within 2-3 business days of arriving in stock.

Successful orders will receive a confirmation email with order details. If you have not received the email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

If you have any questions about your order, please contact us immediately at info@playfishing.net or in chat. It will not be possible to make changes to the order once it has been shipped.

Please make sure you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-deliveries due to address errors provided by the user. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order.
