We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Series of kits resulting from a technical upgrade carried out by Reglass engineers in collaboration with Paioli product managers, in particular for the creation of this new range a different carbon fiber was used: the NANOPITCH FIBER, which compared to the PITCH FIBER used previously contains a lower percentage of resin which allows us to create much more rigid and lighter kits, a very high frequency fiber capable of stopping many more vibrations and stopping our Poles.
The range of SIGNATURE M SERIES KITS is developed starting from the same mandrels used on the MV-R S series kits and as such are supplied already cut to size and bushed with special PTFE bushings. All-round kit of the SIGNATURE series, in the front part we find a tip + under-tip, on piece C there is already the reinforcement to install the slot.

To make a return, write an email to resi@playfishing.net indicating the order number or the number of the receipt attached to the package received. If among the reasons for the return there is the breakage of one of the items ordered, it is important to also attach one or more photos of the damaged item.
In the event that the returned Products are:
Playfishing reserves the right to refuse to refund the purchase price of the Product or to charge the Customer for repair, replacement or shipping costs and expenses. In such cases, Playfishing will have the right to deduct the aforementioned costs and expenses from any sums to be refunded to the Customer.
Upon return of the Products, Playfishing may, in accordance with the preceding conditions, refund the amount relating to the purchase price of the Product paid to Playfishing, less any sums and costs due to Playfishing, by crediting them to the Customer's credit card or bank account or in other ways. In the event that the reason for the return is attributable to an error by Playfishing, Playfishing will refund the full purchase price, including the expenses paid to Playfishing by the Customer.
The Products sold by Playfishing may be guaranteed for two years from the date of purchase, depending on the warranty indications of the Product. There is an obligation to report any defects within two months of discovery (legal warranty). In the event that during this period defects in materials or workmanship are found in the Product, the competent Assistance Center will repair or replace the Product or the defective parts.
The methods of repairing a product under warranty differ according to the Manufacturer's instructions. Generally, Playfishing undertakes to collect the Product to be repaired, delivering it to the Repair and Assembly Laboratory. The laboratory staff contacts the Manufacturer to bring the defective piece to the attention of an expert. If the Manufacturer attributes the breakage to causes that allow replacement under warranty, Playfishing will provide the Customer with the new piece. If the customer wishes Playfishing to also take care of reassembling the product with the new spare part, Playfishing undertakes to present an estimate for the maintenance work. In any other case, the Customer is only required to reimburse the costs of collection and return of the product, equal to Euro 30.00.

Playfishing delivers through partnership with BRT Italy. Delivery times generally range from 1 to 5 working days for Italy, from 7 to 15 working days for abroad. Times may however be subject to extensions on particular occasions (strikes, forced suspensions of services, etc.).
The Customer has the right to cancel orders free of charge and without justification, provided that the Products have not yet been shipped, or if the order status is "in progress" or "pending", by contacting via email support@playfishing.net.
The customer service operator will request the cancellation of the order from the warehouse. If the outcome is positive, a confirmation email will be sent and the cancellation will be free of charge. If it is not possible to proceed with the cancellation, the products will be delivered and the customer can return them in accordance with the withdrawal procedure.
